As part of the project, the previously open drainage system was converted into a closed drainage system in accordance with modern requirements. A new complex comprising modern retail and service facilities was subsequently constructed above the upgraded drainage system and commissioned for use.

The implementation of the project has given the mahalla a more modern and well-organized appearance. At the same time, essential retail and service facilities have been brought together in one location, providing residents with easier access to convenient, nearby and quality services.

The grand opening ceremony of the new complex was attended by mahalla activists, entrepreneurs, representatives of the older generation and members of the wider community.

During the event, it was emphasized that such infrastructure and beautification projects play an important role in improving living conditions, creating a modern environment in mahallas and strengthening a favorable climate for entrepreneurship.

The operation of the new retail and service facilities will help expand the range of services available in the mahalla, create new jobs, support employment and contribute to the development of small business and private entrepreneurship.

Most importantly, initiatives of this kind are aimed at meeting residents’ everyday needs closer to their homes, saving their time and further improving their quality of life.

The project implemented in the Guliston-Pastqishloq mahalla represents a practical expression at the local level of reforms aimed at improving infrastructure, strengthening the well-being of the population and ensuring that people’s needs remain at the center of development efforts.
