Teams representing all districts and cities of Andijan Region took part in the competition. The matches were marked by intense and highly competitive sporting contests.
The participating teams demonstrated strong athletic spirit, strength, speed, technical skills, teamwork and determination to achieve victory in every match.
Following the results of the men’s handball competition, the team representing Jalaquduq District took first place after outperforming all its opponents.
The Oltinko‘l District team finished second, while the Ulug‘nor District team took third place.
The women’s handball matches were also held in a highly competitive atmosphere.
According to the final results, the Qo‘rg‘ontepa District team secured first place after demonstrating the strongest performance among its opponents.
The Asaka District team took second place, while the Buloqboshi District team finished third.
The handball competition held within the “Five Initiatives Olympiad” contributes to engaging young people in mass sports, promoting healthy lifestyles, organizing meaningful leisure activities, and identifying and supporting talented young athletes.
At the conclusion of the competition, the winning and prize-winning teams were presented with diplomas and commemorative gifts by the organizers.
