One of these enterprises is the knitwear factory of “Kokhna Buloq” LLC, which started operations 11 years ago as a small production workshop in a remote part of the village, employing 100 workers.
To support the further development of the enterprise, a 60-sotix land plot was allocated from the district’s reserve, while the necessary conditions were created to expand production capacity. As a result, the enterprise has gradually increased its operations and currently provides permanent employment to more than 500 local residents.
Within the framework of a US$2.5 million project, the factory produces competitive knitwear using modern technologies and in compliance with international quality standards.
Alongside the growth of production capacity, the enterprise has achieved strong export performance. Most of its products are supplied to foreign markets, and its annual export volume has reached US$3 million.
According to company director Boburmirzo Rejabov, the growth in production and exports has been supported by measures to promote entrepreneurship, access to preferential financing and the creation of favorable conditions for business development.
The enterprise has also developed plans to further increase production capacity, create additional jobs and expand its export geography.
The development of the Kokhna Buloq knitwear factory demonstrates the practical impact of investment and business support on local production, employment and the export potential of Buloqboshi District.
