Dear young professionals!

An open dialogue will be held with the participation of Andijan Regional Governor Shuhratbek Abdurahmonov and young graduates from Andijan Region who have completed their studies at higher education institutions.

The meeting is organized to support the employment of young specialists, identify suitable job opportunities based on their qualifications and professional interests, and directly review the appeals and proposals of graduates who completed their higher education outside Andijan Region, including in other regions of the country.

The open dialogue is expected to bring together the regional governor, heads of regional organizations, responsible officials from relevant sectors, representatives of organizations and enterprises, and young graduates from Andijan Region.

Agenda:

1. Discussion of employment opportunities for graduates of higher education institutions and their placement in positions corresponding to their qualifications.

2. Review of the graduates’ fields of specialization, professional interests and career plans.

3. Introduction of available vacancies and employment opportunities in relevant organizations and enterprises.

4. Identification of measures to refer young specialists to organizations and enterprises that match their qualifications and professional potential.

5. Review of appeals and proposals from young specialists and assignment of specific tasks to responsible organizations.

Discussion process:

During the open dialogue, information about each graduate’s higher education institution, field of specialization, professional interests, preferred area of employment and career plans will be reviewed.

Appeals and proposals from graduates will be considered with the participation of representatives of relevant organizations and enterprises, and practical measures for their employment will be identified.

Responsible officials will be assigned to support the employment of graduates, with mechanisms for monitoring the implementation of the assigned tasks to be determined.

Participation:

Young professionals from Andijan Region who have graduated from higher education institutions and are interested in employment or starting their professional careers in their field of specialization may participate in the open dialogue in accordance with the established procedure.

Participants will have an opportunity to directly present their appeals, proposals and professional plans to the regional governor and responsible officials.
