The meeting brought together young people who graduated from higher education institutions outside Andijan Region, including universities in other regions of the country.

The main purpose of the meeting was to support the employment of young graduates, identify job opportunities that correspond to their qualifications and professional interests, and directly connect young specialists with available employment opportunities.

During the dialogue, the regional governor personally spoke with each graduate, asking about the higher education institution they had graduated from, their field of specialization, the area in which they wished to work, and their professional plans.

The graduates’ preferences, qualifications and available employment opportunities were reviewed during the meeting itself. Based on their professional backgrounds and interests, young specialists were referred to relevant organizations and enterprises for employment.

“One of our key priorities is to create conditions for every young person to work in their field of specialization and put their knowledge and potential into practice. Our task is not simply to provide young people with jobs, but to find positions that match their interests and professional potential,” the regional governor said.

Responsible officials were assigned to address each appeal, with specific tasks set to ensure the employment of the graduates. Relevant organizations and enterprises were instructed to complete the employment process for the young specialists referred to them, consolidate the results, and ensure proper follow-up.

Relevant instructions were issued at the conclusion of the meeting to ensure the effective implementation of measures aimed at supporting graduate employment and resolving their appeals.

Such open dialogues provide an opportunity to directly study the appeals and proposals of young specialists, align their professional potential with the needs of the regional labour market, and strengthen practical mechanisms for supporting youth employment.
