Responsible officials were instructed to eliminate identified shortcomings before the start of the academic year, accelerate improvement and infrastructure projects, and ensure the necessary conditions for the effective organization of the educational process.
The regional governor emphasized that the implementation of each assignment is a matter of personal responsibility for the relevant official, stressing the need to focus not on formal compliance, but on tangible results.
Specific instructions were issued to address problems promptly, strengthen executive discipline, and ensure the high-quality completion of planned works. The implementation of the assignments was placed under enhanced control.
