In Andijan Region, an effective community-based (“mahallabay”) approach has been established to ensure employment, increase income sources, and provide social support to the population.

The needs, existing opportunities, and challenges of residents are being studied in each mahalla, followed by the development of targeted measures for individual families.

In particular, systematic efforts are being carried out to provide vocational training for unemployed citizens, assist them in starting entrepreneurial activities, and create opportunities for effective use of preferential financial support mechanisms.

Special attention is being paid to cooperation between mahalla representatives, responsible organizations, and sector leaders.

These systematic efforts contribute to increasing household incomes, reducing poverty, and ensuring social stability across the region.
