In Andijan Region, consistent measures are being implemented to protect women’s rights and interests, create equal opportunities for them, and increase their social participation.

Special attention is being paid to ensuring women’s employment, providing vocational training, supporting entrepreneurial initiatives, and carrying out targeted work with socially vulnerable families.

Furthermore, measures are being taken to expand women’s participation in public and state governance, as well as to create the necessary conditions for realizing their knowledge, skills, and potential.
