Winners of the “Five Initiatives Olympics” Athletics Competition in Andijan Advance to the National Stage

The event took place at the Andijan Center for Training in Olympic and Paralympic Sports and featured intense competition among young athletes.
The competition brought together boys and girls aged 16–21, 22–26, and 27–30 who had previously achieved top results at district and city qualifying stages across the region.
Participants competed in various athletics disciplines. Boys tested their skills in 100, 200, and 400-meter races as well as long jump events, while girls competed in 60, 100, and 200-meter races and long jump.
Following the results of the competition, the athletes who demonstrated the highest performance were declared winners and earned the right to participate in the national stage of the “Five Initiatives Olympics”.
Winners and prize recipients in all age categories were awarded diplomas, medals, and sportswear sets provided by the Ministry of Sports.
Such competitions play an important role in promoting a healthy lifestyle among young people, increasing interest in sports, and identifying talented athletes.
