The flight arrived on August 4 at 03:13 local time from Liège International Airport in Belgium, delivering 160 heads of breeding cattle with a total weight of 83.3 tons.

The aircraft transported high-quality breeding cattle of German Simmental and Holstein breeds. These breeds are widely recognized for their outstanding productivity characteristics. Simmental cattle are known for their versatility in both dairy and beef production, while Holstein cattle are considered among the world’s highest-yielding dairy breeds.

The unloading of live animals, veterinary inspection procedures, and transfer to specialized vehicles were carried out promptly in full compliance with veterinary and biological safety requirements.

Specialists of “Uzbekistan Airports” JSC and Andijan International Airport organized the cargo handling process in accordance with international standards, ensuring the safe unloading and transportation of the livestock to its destination.

The successful reception of the Boeing 747-400F cargo aircraft once again demonstrates the growing capacity of Andijan International Airport to handle large-scale and specialized cargo, including live animal transportation, while meeting international service standards.
