As part of his visit, Farrukh Omonov took part in the public reception conducted by Andijan Regional Governor Shuhratbek Abdurakhmonov and reviewed the process of handling citizens’ appeals, ensuring their implementation, and resolving issues raised by residents.

In addition, an expanded meeting was held in Bobur City with the participation of representatives of the territorial People's Reception Offices of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, heads of relevant organizations, and responsible officials.

The meeting focused on further improving the system for handling citizens’ appeals, ensuring that each appeal is reviewed thoroughly and within the established deadlines, achieving full implementation of decisions made, and strengthening the responsibility of government bodies and officials in ensuring public satisfaction.

In his speech, Andijan Regional Governor Shuhratbek Abdurakhmonov emphasized that responsibility, efficiency, and tangible results in working with citizens’ appeals must remain among the top priorities of every leader.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Muqaddaskhon Ne’matovna Sultonova, who was appointed Head of the Andijan Regional Department of the People's Reception Office of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, was introduced to the participants.
