Andijan regional administration

A forum dedicated to the conclusion of the “Media Week” held in the Andijan region was held at the Youth Center in Andijan city. The event was organized jointly by the Center for Content Creation for Mass Media under the Presidential Administration, the Agency for Youth Affairs, and the Andijan Regional Administration.

More than 600 media professionals from the region participated in Media Week, including journalists, press secretaries, camera operators, editors, bloggers, and active social media users.

Speakers at the forum emphasized that such initiatives contribute to the development of national media, enhance the knowledge and skills of professionals, foster competitive content creation, and improve the quality of media products.

— In today’s media landscape, speed, quality, and professionalism are of utmost importance. Therefore, every media professional must possess the relevant knowledge and skills. The main goal of Media Week is to enhance the competence of media representatives, — said Jahongir Abdurahmonov, Deputy Director of the Content Center.

During the five-day week, experienced journalists and qualified trainers conducted sessions on digital media, content creation, social media management, artificial intelligence applications, and modern information dissemination technologies, combining both theoretical and practical lessons.

At the conclusion of the event, certificates were awarded to active participants, including staff from print and electronic media, information service representatives, bloggers, social media influencers, and young attendees.

Media Week provided participants not only with a source of new knowledge and skills but also an opportunity to exchange experiences, strengthen professional connections, and gain a deeper understanding of modern media requirements.

The forum was further enlivened by performances of songs and dances by artistic groups under the Regional Department of Culture, adding a festive atmosphere to the event.
