Andijan regional administration

A ceremonial opening of the regional chess championship among citizens with disabilities for the prize of the Head of the Andijan Regional Department of the State Security Service of the Republic of Uzbekistan was held at the “Universal” sports complex.

The event was attended by representatives of the regional administration, the leadership of the Andijan Regional Department of the State Security Service, the Sports Department, representatives of the Society of Disabled Persons, and members of the mass media.

Speakers at the ceremony emphasized that this championship is not only a sporting competition, but also an important initiative aimed at promoting human dignity, supporting our compatriots with disabilities, increasing their social activity, and strengthening their social integration.

In addition, cultural and educational performances as well as musical programs were presented during the event, creating an uplifting atmosphere for the participants.
