Anti-Corruption Appeal
"Allowing corruption is a betrayal of our reforms. We declare an 'emergency state' in fighting this evil in 2026. Furthermore, those who obstruct the compliance service will be treated as accomplices to corruption, with corresponding liability."
In support of the Head of State's anti-corruption initiatives, the Agency system is carrying out comprehensive measures to improve anti-corruption activities, paying special attention to prevention and early intervention.
Tasks and directions aimed at preventing and eliminating corruption offences within the Agency have been set, assessing and mitigating corruption risks. Educational seminars, trainings, briefings, and roundtables are regularly conducted to enhance the legal awareness and ethical culture of employees.
You must serve as an example of honest, fair, and independent behavior in relationships with individuals and legal entities, strictly abiding by anti-corruption legislation and internal compliance regulations.
I believe that combating this societal scourge is the duty of not only government organizations, but the entire society and every citizen. We must transition from treating consequences to early prevention.
If you witness illegal actions or omissions by Agency staff or possess information regarding employee involvement in corruption offences, please report immediately to the Internal Anti-Corruption Control Department via the communication channels below.
