The Agency is the executive authority responsible for developing the technical and economic foundations of projects for the establishment of industrialized new intensive (high-yield) orchards and vineyards, improving the management and support system in the field of horticulture and greenhouse farming, widely introducing resource-saving technologies, and assisting in the cultivation of export-oriented products.

• Implementing targeted comprehensive programs aimed at sustainable development of intensive horticulture, viticulture, and greenhouse farming, and increasing export potential;

• Taking measures to expand the areas of intensive orchards and greenhouses using modern resource-saving technologies, including drip and sprinkler irrigation systems;

• Organizing the wide application of scientific achievements, advanced research, and innovative agrotechnologies, considering the soil and climate conditions of the regions;

• Industrializing agricultural production, establishing fruit orchards and vineyards in ready-to-use format, selling them to entrepreneurs, and organizing the intercropping of agricultural crops in new orchards;

• Introducing a value-added chain based on the “from field to table” principle, assisting in the export of agricultural products, developing producers of fruits and grapes, and supporting the implementation of international standards;

• Establishing a mechanism for encouraging the cultivation of certified, virus-free seedlings in "In-vitro" laboratories;

• Creating national brands of fruit and grape varieties, organizing storage and processing, promoting local brands, attracting foreign experts, accessing international markets, and expanding export geography and product variety through marketing research;

• Promoting modern knowledge and experience in intensive horticulture, viticulture, and protected vegetable farming;

• Publishing on the Agency's official website open electronic tenders for establishing new orchards, a registry of specialized nurseries and "In-vitro" labs, qualified agronomists, a list of duty-free imported seedlings and plan
