The Agency is the executive authority responsible for developing the technical and economic foundations of projects for the establishment of industrialized new intensive (high-yield) orchards and vineyards, improving the management and support system in the field of horticulture and greenhouse farming, widely introducing resource-saving technologies, and assisting in the cultivation of export-oriented products.

Industrializing agricultural production, establishing fruit orchards and vineyards in ready-to-use format, selling them to entrepreneurs, and organizing the intercropping of agricultural crops in new orchards;
