Deputy District Hokims Hold Personal Receptions for Citizens

Personal receptions with citizens are being held by the deputy Hokims of Yangihayot District at the District People’s Reception Office to directly review citizens’ appeals and concerns.

In accordance with the approved schedule, residents from various mahallas are participating in the receptions with their concerns, proposals and requests.

During the meetings, citizens’ appeals are carefully considered, and responsible officials are given specific instructions to address the issues raised.

These personal receptions provide an opportunity to hear citizens directly, study the problems they face, and take the necessary measures to resolve them in accordance with the established legal procedures.
