Illegal Use of Natural Gas Worth UZS 5.6 Billion Detected at Three CNG Stations in Tashkent Region

During an inspection conducted by the General Prosecutor’s Office Headquarters in Yangiyul District of Tashkent Region, it was revealed that a compressed natural gas (CNG) filling station owned by N. M. S. LLC had been illegally consuming natural gas by tampering with the metering equipment. The estimated damage amounted to UZS 1.908 billion.
A similar violation was also detected at a CNG filling station owned by K. M. S. LLC, located in the same district. According to preliminary estimates, the damage caused amounted to UZS 1.898 billion.
Another case was recorded at a CNG filling station owned by N. G. T. LLC in Bekabad District. It was established that the consumer had illegally used natural gas worth UZS 1.876 billion by tampering with the seals on the metering equipment.
