Adminstration of the Ulug'nor District, Andijan Region

Systematic work has been established in Ulugnor District to ensure the timely and complete implementation of assignments contained in the decrees, resolutions, orders and meeting minutes of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government. In particular, based on the tasks stipulated in Presidential Decree No. PF-6166 dated February 10, 2021, Resolution No. PQ-5132 dated May 31, 2021, and Presidential Decree No. PF-117 dated July 25, 2025, the Ulugnor District Administration has ensured the timely execution of assignments, while their complete and high-quality implementation has been placed under strict supervision. According to the analysis, a total of 312 assignments were received by the district administration through the “Ijro.gov.uz” electronic system during May 2026. To ensure the timely and high-quality implementation of these assignments, control plans were developed for each document and forwarded to the relevant departments, organizations and responsible executors for implementation. As of today, 301 of these assignments have been fully completed. It should be noted that a daily monitoring system for the implementation of legislative acts and assignments has been established within the district administration. Every Monday, under the leadership of the District Governor, and every Friday under the leadership of the First Deputy Governor, the state of executive discipline is critically reviewed. To ensure the timely execution of assignments, a list of tasks scheduled for implementation in the following month is prepared on the 25th day of each month and distributed to the Deputy Governors, heads of departments and divisions, as well as relevant agencies and organizations. Based on this, calendar schedules and road maps are approved for each responsible executor, and work is organized accordingly. According to the results of the analyses, systemic shortcomings in ensuring executive discipline are identified, the causes are determined, and measures are taken to eliminate them. Through the “Ijro.gov.uz” electronic system, the Ulugnor District Administration has established specific tasks aimed at ensuring the timely, complete and high-quality implementation of assignments contained in the decrees, resolutions, orders and meeting minutes of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government.
