Systematic work has been established in Ulugnor District to ensure the timely and complete implementation of assignments contained in the decrees, resolutions, orders and meeting minutes of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government.
In particular, based on the tasks stipulated in Presidential Decree No. PF-6166 dated February 10, 2021, Resolution No. PQ-5132 dated May 31, 2021, and Presidential Decree No. PF-117 dated July 25, 2025, the Ulugnor District Administration has ensured the timely execution of assignments, while their complete and high-quality implementation has been placed under strict supervision.
According to the analysis, during April 2026, a total of 245 assignments were received through the “Ijro.gov.uz” system under 26 documents of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including 11 decrees, 12 resolutions, and 3 meeting minutes.
To ensure the timely and quality implementation of these assignments, control plans were developed for each document and forwarded to the relevant departments and organizations for execution.
To date, all 245 assignments have been fully completed.
Furthermore, in May 2026, the implementation of 125 assignments contained in Presidential documents, 18 assignments contained in documents of the Head of the Presidential Administration, and 53 assignments issued by the Cabinet of Ministers was scheduled. Necessary measures were taken to ensure their timely and high-quality implementation.
It should be noted that a daily monitoring system for the implementation of legislative acts and assignments has been introduced in the district administration.
Every Monday, under the leadership of the District Governor, and every Friday under the leadership of the First Deputy Governor, the status of executive discipline is critically reviewed.
Based on the results of analyses, systematic shortcomings in ensuring executive discipline are identified, their causes are determined, and corrective measures are undertaken.
During the first four months of 2026, comprehensive inspections were conducted in four enterprises and organizations of the district to assess the implementation of legislative acts and assignments, and practical assistance was provided.
The implementation of assignments contained in the documents of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government through the “Ijro.gov.uz” electronic system remains under constant supervision, and all necessary measures are being taken to ensure their timely, complete and high-quality execution.
