Small business and private entrepreneurship are key pillars of the economy and one of the most important areas for employment. In our country, special attention is given to supporting business entities and creating broad opportunities for their free operation. This plays an essential role in establishing new private enterprises or expanding existing ones.

The name of the private company “Ishonch-Feruz” is well-known among the residents of Uchkuduk. This enterprise operates in multiple fields such as construction, trade and services, production of building materials, and livestock farming. It has created more than 50 permanent and over 100 seasonal jobs.

Recently, the newly constructed “Ishonch-Feruz” hotel was officially launched. The total project value amounted to 8 billion soums, and the construction was fully financed from the company's own funds. The 17-room guesthouse, designed for 37 guests, stands out among the other hotels in the district with its unique architecture, added conveniences, parking space, kitchen, and high-level service.

– With growing attention toward tourism and the broad opportunities created for entrepreneurs, we are now active in many areas, – says entrepreneur Husniddin Normurodov. – The hotel business is a new direction for us, but considering the number of visitors coming to Uchkuduk from other regions and even abroad, we decided to invest in this area. Most importantly, we’ve provided jobs for over ten people.

The modern “Ishonch-Feruz” guesthouse is sure to attract visitors and international tourists to Uchkuduk.
