The following procedures are being introduced for the sale of state assets, assets of enterprises with state participation, as well as non-agricultural land plots:

Auction increment. At electronic online auctions, the auction increment is set at 1% of the starting price of the asset.

Single bidder. If, during a repeated auction, an application is submitted by only one bidder, they are offered the opportunity to voluntarily purchase the lot at the price announced at that auction.

Shorter deadlines. The period for publishing notices of electronic online auctions and competitive tenders is reduced from 30 to 15 days, and for repeated auctions — from 10 to 5 days.

Preferential payment terms. For state assets valued at more than 23,000 BRV (basic reference values) and non-agricultural land plots valued at more than 8,000 BRV, the following options are available:

A 25% discount for full payment within 6 months;

An installment plan of up to 7 years upon payment of 50% of the value within 6 months;

An installment plan of up to 5 years upon payment of 35% of the value within 3 months.
