Reception of citizens by the Hokim of Uchqurgan District

🔰 CITIZENS' APPEALS HEARD AT THE PUBLIC RECEPTION OFFICE
Today, September 25, Uchqurgan District Governor Dilshodbek Mirxanov held a scheduled personal reception at the Public Reception Office.
During the event, the district governor engaged directly with citizens, listened to the problems and issues troubling them, and discussed solutions for each appeal alongside the responsible officials.
A total of six appeals were received during the session, including:
▪️ 2 regarding cadastral issues;
▪️ 2 regarding financial assistance;
▪️ 2 regarding medical treatment;
▪️ 1 regarding a bank loan.
Specific instructions and tasks were assigned to the relevant responsible organizations regarding each appeal. The district administration has taken charge of monitoring the implementation and timely resolution of these matters.
