Adminstration of the To'raqo'rg'on District , Namangan Region

The meeting was opened by the district hokim Sherali Qosimov, who shared his views on the ongoing reforms in the country aimed at ensuring national security and strengthening defense capability.

As emphasized by the Namangan Military Prosecutor, Colonel of Justice Muhammadjon Bozormirzaev, the Security Council meeting highlighted that modernization of the military education and personnel training system is a key prerequisite for shaping a new image of the army. It was also stressed that compulsory military service should be organized not only as a period of physical and military training but also as a stage for preparing young people for the labor market and independent professional life. Participants were introduced to the benefits and opportunities to be implemented in this regard.

Detailed answers to questions raised by parents, reserve servicemen, and youth were provided by the military prosecutor and the Head of the Regional Department of Defense Affairs, Lieutenant Colonel Rasulbek Xolmetov.
