








On October 3 of this year, a working group headed by the Director of the Agency, Dilshod Quryozov, conducted a study in the Qorako‘l and Olot districts of Bukhara region on the coverage and transmission capacity of telecommunications services provided by operators and providers, service quality, the condition of telecommunications infrastructure, and consumer service issues.
During the study, open dialogues were held with activists and residents of Arna Mahalla in Qorako‘l district and Qirlishon Mahalla in Olot district, during which their pressing problems and suggestions were examined. The proposals and concerns of entrepreneurs were also heard during the meetings.
In addition, the operation of existing telecommunications networks and communication facilities in the area was reviewed. Together with local industry representatives, appeals related to the quality of communication and internet services, measures being taken to address them, as well as existing problems were thoroughly analyzed.
Based on the identified issues, relevant recommendations and instructions were given to those responsible regarding their resolution, improving the quality of services, making effective use of existing infrastructure, ensuring the population has access to modern and high-quality telecommunications services, and strictly complying with licensing requirements and conditions.
The ongoing studies are aimed at improving the quality and coverage of telecommunications services in the regions, developing communication infrastructure, and establishing a more convenient and high-quality service system for consumers.
