A mobile reception was held in the Karaqol district of Bukhara region to further improve the efficiency of the system for handling citizens’ appeals.
On October 2 of this year, Director of the Agency for Regulation of Telecommunications Dilshod Kuryozov, together with Agency specialists, held a mobile reception for individuals and legal entities in Karaqol district.
During the event, appeals from more than 65 individuals and legal entities concerning the improvement of the quality and coverage of telecommunications services were heard, including:
✅ 4 citizens were provided with legal clarifications;
✅ 6 appeals and applications from citizens were accepted for consideration, and measures were identified to address the shortcomings.
