Dilshod Quryozov, Director of the Agency for Regulation of Telecommunications, held a meeting with representatives of the Bureau of Cyberspace and Digital Policy (CDP) of the U.S. Department of State.
During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on the activities of the Agency for Regulation of Telecommunications, the licensing system for telecommunications operators and service providers, as well as the technical capabilities of the newly established Agency and its prospective development areas.
The parties also discussed ways to improve regulatory mechanisms in the telecommunications sector, study and implement international experience, and explore prospects for the technical development of the sector.
The parties expressed their readiness to further develop mutual cooperation and support prospective initiatives.
