Agency for Regulation of Telecommunications of the Republic of Uzbekistan

As part of ICTWEEK Uzbekistan 2026, the international information and communication technologies week taking place at the CAEx building, the Agency for Regulation of Telecommunications and “UNICON.UZ – Center for Scientific and Technical and Marketing Research” LLC signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.

The Memorandum is aimed at facilitating information exchange, advancing digitalization, and jointly developing information systems in the telecommunications sector.

The cooperation will focus particularly on the following areas:

- introducing digital technologies and modern information systems in the telecommunications sector;

- integrating the Agency’s information systems with UNICON.UZ’s existing infrastructure and technological capabilities;

- developing digital platforms for monitoring and analyzing telecommunications networks and services;

- improving mechanisms for the prompt exchange, collection, processing, and analysis of data;

- automating processes in the telecommunications sector and enhancing management efficiency;

- developing cooperation in the application of modern technologies, including artificial intelligence and data analytics tools.

This cooperation will contribute to accelerating digitalization in the telecommunications sector, implementing modern information systems, improving data exchange and monitoring, and developing unified digital infrastructure for more effective sector management.
