The Agency for Regulation of Telecommunications and TUIT sign a Memorandum of Cooperation

As part of ICTWEEK Uzbekistan 2026, the international information and communication technologies week taking place at the CAEx building, the Agency for Regulation of Telecommunications and Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi (TUIT) signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.
The Memorandum is aimed at developing scientific and practical cooperation in the fields of telecommunications and information technologies, introducing modern approaches, and enhancing the professional qualifications of industry specialists.
The cooperation will focus particularly on the following areas:
🟢 assessing the quality of telecommunications, IT and mobile technology services, as well as monitoring telecommunications networks;
🟢 improving methodologies for measuring service quality, coverage, continuity, stability, speed, latency, signal strength and other key performance indicators;
🟢 exchanging experience and organizing seminars, conferences, round-table discussions, training sessions, internships and professional development activities involving employees, academic staff and industry specialists.
The cooperation will contribute to further improving the quality of telecommunications services, developing modern monitoring and assessment mechanisms in the sector, and strengthening the integration of education and practical experience.
