During the meeting, participants reviewed key issues related to the Agency's activities, the implementation of assigned tasks, and the current state of executive discipline. Reports and work plan presentations from the Agency's departments and divisions were considered. Relevant tasks were assigned to address the identified shortcomings, strengthen executive discipline, and ensure that each structural unit prepares monthly work plans in accordance with its area of responsibility.
The meeting also covered issues related to the development of the Agency's key performance indicators, the analysis of priority issues in strategic areas, and the preparation of relevant proposals and measures to address them. In addition, participants discussed organizing English language training courses for Agency employees in cooperation with the relevant ministries to enhance their language proficiency.
At the conclusion of the meeting, responsible officials were instructed to ensure the timely and high-quality implementation of the assigned tasks.
