During the assessment, open dialogues were held with community representatives and residents of Iskandar village in Yangiyabad district, Bolgali, Suvlisoy, and Peshogor villages in Zomin district, as well as Beshovul village in Sharof Rashidov district. The discussions focused on identifying the challenges faced by local residents and gathering their proposals and suggestions. The proposals and concerns of local entrepreneurs were also heard during the meetings.

In addition, the operation of existing telecommunications networks and communication facilities in the respective areas was examined. Appeals and concerns raised by local industry representatives regarding the quality of communication and internet services, as well as the measures being taken to address them, were also analyzed.

Based on the findings, relevant recommendations and instructions were provided to responsible officials regarding the resolution of identified problems, improvement of service quality, efficient use of existing infrastructure, provision of modern and high-quality telecommunication services to the population, and strict compliance with licensing requirements and conditions.

The ongoing assessments are aimed at improving the quality and coverage of telecommunication services in the regions, developing telecommunications infrastructure, and establishing a more convenient and high-quality service delivery system for consumers.
