The constituent meeting of the staff of the Telecommunications Regulatory Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan was held.
In accordance with the meeting agenda, participants unanimously adopted, through an open vote, resolutions to establish a primary trade union organization within the Telecommunications Regulatory Agency, elect the members and chairperson of the trade union committee, conclude a collective agreement, approve the regulations of the trade union committee, and elect the audit commission.
Mr. Yu.Yu. Gapurov, Chief Specialist for Social Protection at the Republican Council of the Trade Union of Information Technology and Mass Communications Workers of Uzbekistan, attended the meeting.
During the meeting, participants discussed the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the staff, strengthening employees' social protection, and promoting social partnership.
