Quryozov, together with a working group of relevant specialists, conducted an on-site assessment in the Kungrad and Shumanay districts of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. The assessment covered the coverage and capacity of telecommunications services provided by operators and service providers, the quality of services, the condition of telecommunications infrastructure, and customer service processes.
