A Telecommunications Regulatory Agency will be created

The Decree of the President “On measures to improve the regulatory system in the field of telecommunications” was adopted (No. UP-142 dated August 21, 2025).
🔰 According to the Decree, a Telecommunications Regulatory Agency will be established.
✔️ The Agency will monitor the quality of services provided by operators and providers against established requirements in accordance with the approved plan at least once a month.
🏛 The Agency is independent in finances, structure, and decision-making within its authority, and is accountable to the Cabinet of Ministers for its activities.
