"During the reception, appeals on social, economic, and household issues concerning the residents of the district were heard. Responsible officials of the district administration, heads of relevant organizations and departments took part in it, paying special attention to the resolution of appeals on the spot.

During the reception, citizens' appeals were received on a number of pressing issues, such as employment, land allocation, housing issues, the quality of utilities, road repairs, improving drinking water supply, and providing social assistance. Each appeal was carefully studied, specific instructions were given to responsible managers, and their implementation was taken under control.

District Governor Abduqahhor Jurabaev noted that working with citizens' appeals is one of the most important areas of state bodies' activities, and emphasized that behind every appeal lies human destiny. He also gave instructions to responsible officials on further strengthening dialogue with the population, timely study of problems on the ground, and their systematic solution.
