The governor starts his daily work from the People's Reception Office
In accordance with the instructions of the President, from now on, khokims of regions and districts will personally manage the People's Reception Offices and begin their daily work by listening to the concerns of the population.

This initiative is an important step aimed at strengthening trust between the people and government bodies, promptly resolving problems.

Systematic work is also being carried out in the Turtkul district to ensure the fulfillment of this task. In particular, the khokim of the district, I.Khudaybergenov, is receiving citizens' appeals in the building of the Public Reception Office. At today's reception, the appeals of 5 citizens were heard, and specific tasks were assigned to the relevant organizations for their legal resolution.

Through this initiative, the khokimiyat makes constant efforts to be closer to the people, find solutions to their problems, and improve the quality of life. Open dialogue and direct communication with the population is the main requirement of today.
