As noted in the Presidential Decree No. PF-5611 dated January 5, 2019, “On Additional Measures for the Accelerated Development of Tourism in the Republic of Uzbekistan,” building tourist infrastructure along main highways is of great importance for creating favorable conditions for travelers.
Based on the priority tasks set out in this decree, BMB HOLDING has launched a new large-scale project aimed at developing the tourism and service sectors in Jizzakh region – the BMB VILLAGE complex. Constructed in a modern style, this complex is the third facility commissioned by the Holding this year and is located along the M-39 highway passing through the Sharof Rashidov district of Jizzakh region.
The multifunctional BMB VILLAGE complex includes a 45-bed hotel designed with the latest standards, a restaurant, a parking lot, a car wash station, and a laundry service.
The total cost of the project is 15 billion soums. It aims to support both domestic and international tourism, create new jobs, and further develop the region’s infrastructure. Moreover, this initiative by BMB HOLDING is not only economically significant but also meets the cultural and educational needs of the local population.
It is worth noting that the first BMB VILLAGE complex was commissioned in November 2024 in the Chinaz district of Tashkent region.
It should be especially emphasized that the Holding plans to launch similar BMB VILLAGE complexes in other regions of the country in the future.
In short, regardless of the field in which BMB HOLDING operates, it continues to devote all its capabilities and potential to the prosperity of New Uzbekistan, improving the well-being of the people, and contributing to the development of our homeland under the leadership of the head of state
