The first attachment  to the resolution of the regional governor

I.General rules

1. The management apparatus carries out its activity under the direction of the governor.
2. The management apparatus in its activity is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On local government" and other laws, resolutions of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees, resolutions and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees and orders of the cabinet of ministers, ,the regional council of People's Deputies and governor, and also this provision.
3. This statute according to the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About local government" and the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan from December 22, 2016 "About further enhancement of activities of bodies of the local executive power" according to appendix. ), defines its functions, tasks, rights, responsibilities and organization of its activity.
4. The management device ensures information and analytical, legal, organizational, technical and financial support of authority activity, prepares meetings of the regional meeting of people's deputies in accordance with its regulations, prepares draft drafts of the regional meeting (council) of people's deputies and governor, develops and checks performance regularly. The management apparatus shall provide organizational, technical and other services to the activities of the regional council of people's deputies.
5. The management board cooperates with the chambers of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, relevant services of the Office of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, city and district authorities, as well as with other state bodies and other organizations in the performance of its tasks and functions.
