Investment cooperation discussed with “ROX Group”

Adiz Boboev, the governor of Samarkand region met with a delegation led by Do Chung Thanh, the Regional President for Central Asia and General Director of the country representative office of Vietnam's “ROX Group.”
During the meeting, information was first presented regarding the investment potential of the Samarkand region, the conditions created for investors in the area, and “ROX Group's” capabilities, ongoing projects, and activities in the region. Subsequently, discussions focused on the construction of a modern tourism center on a 143-hectare site—part of the 632-hectare master plan for the "Silk Road Samarkand" complex—as well as forms of investment cooperation and project implementation mechanisms. Prospects for establishing a modern tourism center on the 143-hectare plot within the “Silk Road Samarkand” complex's 632-hectare master plan were discussed. A detailed exchange of views took place regarding the determination of the optimal form of investment cooperation and the clarification of financial, organizational, and infrastructural aspects of the project. At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties outlined the tasks to be carried out in the next stage of cooperation.
