Samarkand regional administration

“Samarkand and New York Business Tourism Forum” was organized in New York city of the  US.

This forum has become an important platform for bringing economic and cultural relations between the two regions to a new level. As part of the event, the business environment, tourism potential and opportunities in the field of service provision of the Samarkand region were presented through a presentation. At the opening of the forum, the governor of the Samarkand region, Adiz Boboev, spoke and provided detailed information about the favorable conditions created for doing business in the region, reforms to attract investments, and the economic potential of the region. It was noted that Samarkand is becoming an attractive place for investors not only as a historical and cultural center, but also as a region with a developing modern business and tourism infrastructure. During the forum, participants put forward their proposals and initiatives and received answers to questions of interest to them. The event discussed issues of future joint projects, expansion of trade and economic cooperation, and further development of tourism. This forum was an important step in strengthening bilateral cooperation, creating a platform for new investment projects, and expanding business ties with compatriots currently operating in the United States.
