The international exhibition “Innovative technologies in modern agriculture — AGROPRO EXPO 2026” has begun its work at the SOF EXPO Samarkand complex in Jomboy district of Samarkand region.

This prestigious event is significant in that it is aimed at demonstrating advanced solutions, modern equipment and technologies in the agricultural sector, and strengthening cooperation between producers and entrepreneurs.
Speaking at the opening ceremony of the exhibition, the governor of the Samarkand region, Adiz Boboev, touched upon the results achieved in recent years in the field of agriculture, modernization of the sector, introduction of resource-saving technologies and increasing export potential. He also noted that such exhibitions play an important role in popularizing innovative approaches in the sector and increasing the efficiency of farmers and clusters. After that, a group of farmers and agricultural workers who have been working effectively were awarded in various nominations. A number of local and foreign companies in the field of agricultural machinery, seed production, drip irrigation systems, agrochemical products, and digital solutions are presenting their products and services at AGROPRO EXPO 2026. The exhibition will last until March 5 of this year. It is attended by industry experts, farm managers, investors, and entrepreneurs.
