As you know, under the Initiative Budget process, mahallas that have won for two consecutive seasons are restricted from submitting projects during the following two seasons.
📄 Accordingly, a list has been compiled of mahallas that were consecutive winners in previous seasons and will therefore be ineligible to submit projects during the 2nd season of 2026.

✅ We also inform you that mahallas subject to this temporary restriction may still put forward projects through partnership-based initiatives.
