Adminstration of the Kuvasay city

During the seminar, participants discussed the implementation of the relevant instruction of the Head of the People’s Reception Office of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as measures being carried out under Presidential Decree No. PF-51. Special attention was paid to the re-examination of appeals removed from control through explanatory work, their registration in the cabinetpm.gov.uz system, and increasing the share of positively resolved appeals.

During the event, practical aspects of handling appeals were explained, and participants received answers to their questions. At the conclusion of the seminar, specific tasks were identified to ensure the re-examination of appeals, the accurate entry of information into the system, and stronger monitoring in this area.
