The seminar was attended by the investigative judge of the Quvasoy city court for criminal cases and the leadership of the city Department of Internal Affairs. During the event, particular attention was paid to certain shortcomings observed in handling administrative offense cases, and practical recommendations were provided to eliminate them and ensure strict compliance with legality in documentation.
Participants also exchanged views on the proper application of the norms of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan in administrative proceedings, which contributed to strengthening their legal knowledge.
Within the framework of the seminar, special attention was given to anti-corruption issues. The investigative judge provided detailed information on corruption-related crimes, their negative impact on societal development, and their legal consequences.
