Adminstration of the Kuvasay city

A training seminar was organized to effectively implement the essence and execution mechanisms of the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 5, 2026, No. RP-1, "On additional measures aimed at introducing an integrated system of targeted work to create a safe environment in the neighborhoods of the Republic." During the seminar, the main ideas and requirements of the resolution, as well as the tasks and responsibilities of the "mahalla seven" and designated responsible organizations in creating a safe environment in neighborhoods, were explained in detail. The event was attended by the Deputy Governor (Khokim) of the region, Komila Kavlanova; a representative of the Regional Internal Affairs Bureau, Dilmurod Khudjaqulov; a deputy of the Regional Council, Dilorom Mekhmonova; as well as heads of relevant enterprises and organizations in the city and mahalla representatives. During the seminar, responsible officials presented demonstrations on the significance of the resolution, its implementation mechanisms, as well as the prevention of legal offenses in neighborhoods, early identification of social problems, and the development of targeted solutions. As emphasized, this resolution serves to ensure peace and tranquility in neighborhoods, protect the rights and interests of citizens, and organize preventive work based on a new system.
