International cooperation

The parties discussed the current state and prospects for expanding Uzbekistan - U.S. cooperation in the fields of investment, industry, energy, and infrastructure, as well as the implementation of agreements reached during the visit of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to the United States in September this year.

Minister Kudratov emphasized the importance of ensuring the practical implementation of the reached agreements and highlighted the strong interest of American companies in investment projects across priority sectors - from mining and agriculture to transport and information technologies.

The meeting also addressed the preparation for the upcoming C5+1 Summit in the United States, which will serve as an important milestone in strengthening regional cooperation and deepening the strategic partnership between the countries of Central Asia and the United States.
