Uzbek-Japanese strategic dialogue

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, together with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Japan, Iwaja Takeshi, held a strategic meeting at the level of foreign ministers for the first time.
Within the framework of this meeting, cooperation projects in such important areas as the chemical industry, energy, IT, transport, mining, and "green" energy were discussed.
A Joint Communiqué on Strategic Dialogue between the two countries was also signed, which will serve to further strengthen relations in the political, economic, educational spheres, and international relations.
This innovation demonstrates that Uzbekistan-Japan relations have reached a new level.
