The meeting was attended by Deputy Minister of Economy and Finance Bobur Xodjaev, Deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Jamshid Urakov, and Deputy Chairman of JSC "National Bank for Foreign Economic Activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan" Azizbek Khodjaev. The conference was attended by Azizbek Xodjaev, Head of State Quality Control at the Ministry of Economy and Finance Inspectorate, and Shakhobiddin Artikov.

Muhammad Emin Ozgur, Chief Executive Officer of Gemetis, Murat Uzunoglu, Advisor to the Chairman of Gemetis, and Mehmet Gazi Ozkan, Gold Specialist, participated from the foreign side.

The meeting focused on the prospects presented in the jewelry industry in Uzbekistan. The significance of studying Turkey's historical and sophisticated expertise in this subject was emphasized, particularly the establishment of educational institutions specializing in jewelry, the training of trained personnel, and the creation of new chances for businesses.

The foreign party stated that it will submit ideas after researching the activities of jewelry manufacturers, raw materials, and opportunities created in Uzbekistan's jewelry centers, particularly the cities of Samarkand and Bukhara.

It was observed at the meeting that Uzbekistan and Gemetis are eager to create successful cooperation, which would not only expand the potential for jewellery manufacture but also contribute to the region's overall economic well-being.
