On February 25, Lieutenant General Pulat Bobojonov, Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, met with Timothy Smart, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to Uzbekistan.
At the event, the parties exchanged detailed information on the work undertaken in our country under the leadership of the Head of State to enhance human dignity, protect their rights and freedoms, transform mahallas into crime-free areas, and reform the judicial and legal system.
During the friendly and constructive dialogue, both parties discussed the enhancement of cooperation between the law enforcement agencies of their respective countries, the establishment of exchange programs in order to maintain public order and combat crime, as well as other cooperation-related issues.
