The French delegation included the Ambassador of France to Uzbekistan, H.E. Aurélie Bouchez, the Chief Executive Officer for Europe and Central Asia at SUEZ, Paul Bourdillon, the Chief Executive Officer for Central Asia and the Caucasus, Silvere Delaunay, along with other representatives of the company.

From the Uzbek side, the negotiations were attended by Deputy Minister of Economy and Finance Ilkhomjon Umrzakov, Acting Chairman of the Board of "O‘zsuvta’minot" JSC, Ahmad Suvonkulov, and other representatives of the ministry.

The meeting covered the following topics:

Modernization of water supply infrastructure – Discussions focused on projects aimed at improving water supply and wastewater treatment in Uzbekistan, including the public-private partnership project in the Surkhandarya region and the modernization of Tashkent's water supply system. The parties emphasized the importance of implementing innovative technologies and sustainable solutions to improve the quality of water resources in the country.

Educational programs in the water supply sector – Prospects for cooperation in training highly qualified specialists in water supply networks through educational programs for students of the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers were discussed.

The parties expressed their intention to continue effective cooperation in drinking water supply, wastewater disposal, and water resource management, as well as to develop projects aimed at ensuring the region's sustainable development and environmental safety.
