An exchange of views took place with Turkish experts regarding the development of the healthcare sector in our country

The meeting was attended by Turkish healthcare experts Mehmet Ugurlu, Muhammet Yerken, Mehmet Avji, Talgat Kuchuk, Mehmet Ersoy, and Hasan Bagji, along with the Minister of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan Asilbek Khudayarov, Deputy Minister of Economy and Finance Otabek Fozilkarimov, and other responsible officials.

During the discussions, the parties addressed the improvement of Uzbekistan's healthcare system based on advanced and successful global practices. Specifically, they deliberated on reforming primary healthcare services, digitalizing the healthcare sector, developing the health insurance system, advancing the pharmaceutical industry, and enhancing emergency medical services.

The meeting also focused on improving the quality of medical services by increasing the operational efficiency of hospitals, planning healthcare services, enhancing qualifications of doctors and developing effective mechanisms in this direction.

At the conclusion of the negotiations, the parties agreed to develop mutual cooperation ties and further increase the exchange of ideas on improving the healthcare system.
